EMI 206 Image Orthicon Television Camera

New design solid state 4.5 inch I.O. camera.
Uses standard TV88 lenses and BICC Mk4b camera cable.

The 207 and 206 cameras are very similar, the 207 being a camera fitted for a zoom lens.

A description of "Video Circuits for Television Cameras" was published in SMPTE Vol. 72 page 853-859, Nov. 1963. This describes the design approach of transistorised circuits for use in broadcast cameras and must relate to the development work of the EMI 206 and 207 cameras.
