Marconi Sync Pulse generator (SPG) type BD637

This early SPG is divided into two large chassis, this is the upper of the two units. It has the power supply, master oscillators and a small oscilloscope to help with setting up the dividers. It is set up for 626 lines.

It is the only known example to survive.
