On the left is the picture & waveform monitor and on the right the rear view of the camera.

The early version of the camera cable connector can be seen at the bottom right of the camera and the black object below the viewfinder is the cameraman's talkback microphone.

The right picture shows and early camera cable connector, when in service with the BBC the BICC T-1816 cable was used.
