RCA TK-31 portable power supply

RCA TK-31 Field PSU

Rather in need of restoration, the portable case PSU.
The front panel has a meter at the top, the mains input voltage selector below and below that the switch to select which tube (valve) current you need to measure.

In field use the mains input selector was an operational control and you had to keep the meter between the red marks on the scale.

Also of note is the cooling blower. Its intake is via the grille in the rear panel, through the filter (yellow color), then through the mains transformer and finally on to the tubes.

The mains transformer was a special light weight and open design that required air cooling. The fixed rack mount equivalent is a lot heavier.
