A 40 inch folded TV88 lens

One of the problems with long telephoto lenses is the length, a solution is to "fold" the lens in a similar way to that used by binoculars. The lens in it's travel case, it may be made by "Wray" of London.

 

An 80 inch lens of the Cassegrain type is listed in the 1961 Marconi Catalogue.
