84 2026 television camera 45° view
This Pye industrial
Mk3 CCTV camera used a 1 inch Staticon (vidicon) tube,
It was designed by H. A. McGhee and I. Waters and
was a successful camera with many applications.
Pictured here in un-restored
condition. It used the Pye Camera Control Unit type 2316-7 which was a modified 2018 camera chassis with the yoke and head amplifier removed.
There is a picture on page 231 of Practical Television December 1956 of a 84 2026 camera showing the ITA time signal clock.
The lens used would normally be a "c" mount type, but other types could be had to order.
